  At first I thought too good to be true.
  
  If you ever tried to order items from Japan you're stuck either with the Japanese language or the Japanese stuck with the English language unwilling to send items to overseas. So luckily I found White Rabbit express (www.whiterabbitexpress.com): You tell them your desired Japanese product and they send it to you.
  
  That easy? Yes.
  
  I emailed them my wish which wasn't easy to get (even if you were Japanese) - it was out of production. They did research it and found it on a Japanese auction site. I was quickly provided with the final price, the shipping charges and their very reasonable service fee. I gladly accepted it and only a few days later the beloved item found its way from Japan to Munich, Germany.
  
  So, it's nearly too good to be true, but it is true.

  I can't recommend this service highly enough. In addition to the remarks made by the other reviewers (cutting through the language barrier, shipping regulations, etc.) I am most struck by their willingness to find EXACTLY what you are looking for - and getting your stuff to you safely and in mint condition. I am also very impressed with the personal communications - it's like chatting with a friend and getting their advice and help on a shopping expedition. No price gouging, no hassle shopping.
  
  This service is truly like having a friend in Japan. I will continue sending my wish lists to whiterabbitxpress.

  The guys at WRX are great. At a time when nearly everything is being produced in China, this service is a godsend to folks who want the QUALITY of Japanese goods.
