From Sony Computer Entertainment comes Talkman, a voice-activated portable video game created especially to teach foreign languages to Japanese PSP owners! This unique software application lets players play games to test their language fluency, working both as a language interpreter and a language instructor for a variety of different languages, including Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Asia Edition). "Talkman: Euro" can recognize Japanese, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish phrases.

Talkman has two different operating modes in regard to language features, and both of these modes contain full voice and character animation. Even better, gamers can go in any direction in regard to language instruction: English to Japanese, Korean to English, Chinese to Japanese - there are so many possibilities! The language interpreter feature is categorized by situation. When players decide on a setting, the game customizes the phrases to suit that location, whether it be an airport, an airplane, a restaurant, a shopping mall, or a sightseeing trip, just to name a few.

In addition, Talkman's language trainer mode is an enjoyable side-game in which the Talkman bird character takes on the role of teacher, grading you on your language skills! This game evaluates your pronunciation and feeds phrases to you that you must then repeat in turn. Talkman includes a USB microphone.
