Nihongo Kentei DS

Nihongo Kentei DS was originally created for Japanese people - from elementary school students to adults - who wanted to improve their Japanese. But it's also perfect for you, the Japanese student! Not for beginners, but pretty much for anybody at the intermediate level and beyond, this game can prove an invaluable tool with which to study every aspect of the language: kanji, grammar, vocabulary, common expressions, and more.

Begin the game by taking a test to determine your level (are you a linguistically superior Japanese adult? An elementary schoolchild?) Then proceed to train yourself in any way you like. Train, or take actual Japanese language tests (kentei), or even play games that will test your skills as well.

We definitely recommend this for advanced students, and we also think it's appropriate for intermediate students. Everything is in Japanese.

All Nintendo DS games work on any Nintendo DS system worldwide.
